    Francesco Verso, owner of Future Fiction, approached me, requesting a story for an anthology of Arab science fiction. The resulting short story, “Jaha in the Metaverse,” explores Jordanian culture and gender dynamics in a futuristic setting. “Arabilious” collects nine Arab-authored science fiction stories and seeks to introduce Arabic science fiction to international audiences.
