بعيدًا عن أحزاب المعارضة، والصالونات السياسية في عمان شهدت الأيام الماضية حراكًا إجتماعيًا، قاده شيوخ القبائل البدوية الأردنية الكبرى،
Sheyookh Al Asha’er?
Who are they? and how do they qualify to be part of the associations of the modern Jordanian country? How many are there of them? What are their background education? and what are the means they will use to push the Jordanian government to abide with their views?
Don’t we have a parliament for people’s voice?
and what’s wrong with Elaph and those articles that are meant to highlight the division in the Jordanian community!
Fadi Mishan Allah stay out of politics, it is not your thing man, you are far too innocent to be talking about it! >Do we have to explain for you know ahameyet il Ashaer in the country, and how any decision maker does not ignore them? Anno man, it is not your thing, just leave it alone, or read about it and talk about it with some people who understand it and then comment!

whaever, I have the right to question things, don’t I? >>Badawi, I usually don’t reply to insults, but I’ll break the rule this time so that other people don’t get me wrong based on your ignorant comment.>>First, I doubt that you are badawi in the first place, because el bado usually are respectful people while you obviously are not.>>Second, don’t you dare turn this into palestinian/jordanian contest. I am Jordanian and proud of it, and don’t wait for you or anyone else to say otherwise. >>Third, people like you are in desperate need of therapy in order to help them with their anger and racist tendencies. >>WE, Jordanians, are moderate, tolerante civilised people who won’t allow some blind people like you to ruin our accomplishments.

I forgot to add that I am not attacking El Bado here, I am just saying that there should be democratic political official mean for people to voice out their opinion.>>Any Sheikh can easily nominate himself for the parliament. We have associations to carry our political affairs. People should be elected for their qualifications not their family name.

Your point is precisely valid Fadi. Any “Sheyookh Asha’er” interested in politics can join the parliament and explain the opinion of the people they are representing in the right legal means, Jordan is a country of law and democracy. It is not about being innocent or not, but it is just about respecting the rules of the country you live in! Or what is next “whatever” ? You will accept that “Sheyookh Asha’er” enforce the law by themselves as they see fit because they are “Sheyookh Asha’er” ? what about other Jordanian who don’t agree with them? Should we make a fight between them? Why is the parliament then? Are we going backward or forward? And “Badawi” your bad-manners are reflecting just you, or the background you are coming from?

Are you suggesting that they should be hauled off to jail? Who says that only MP’s or political parties have a right to express themselves? I would bet that these “shuyoukh Ash’air” speak for more people than 90% of our political parties, not that this is a relevant point. The point is whether we truly believe in freedom of expression.

As far as I know, Shiyoo5 el-3ashayer in Jordan are of very high status, and in many cases have power over the law.>>Thats not ideal, but thats how things are. On the positive side, things are changing… But very slowly!>>As far as I know, Shyoo5 el-3ashayer are approved and supported by the king himself.

Also, the Beduins are armed and serve as a part of the Army (el-Jaish). The Beduins have a role in keeping peace in Jordan, and fight for the King equally as the Army does. >>Thats why you can see why the King fully supports the Beduins, and takes all their wishes seriously.

According to this report published in today’s issue of the jordan Times http://www.jordantimes.com/?news=8845 The tribal leaders denied the allegations that were published in the local newspaper, moreover, they stated the the meeting had no motive other than having routine dinner at the house where the tribal leaders had met in Mafraq. In other words all of this back and forth debate is for nothing.

Husam, thank you! You put it down exactly how I meant it! Law should be enforced through official means. That’s it!>>Arab Ded Al Fetna, I am sorry if I sounded sarcastic about the Beduin. All I meant is what Husams cleared in his comment. >>hamede, yes Shyoukh al Asha2er as a political entity.>>khalaf, no I don’t suggest that, and yes I am all with everyone expressing himself, but I am also against people having power over the government outside the boundaries of the Jordanian political associations. >>DM, you are right, the point is that the situation is not ideal! I am all for faster changes.>>Hatem, that is good to know. Thanks for informing us.
